Fullbridge Coach/Instructor – Recurring Project-Based Opportunity

The Opportunity

The Fullbridge Program is looking for professionals who believe in mentorship and the power it can have in jumpstarting young careers. As a high-growth company remaking the education landscape, we’re looking for project-based Coach/Instructors to lead intensive, immersive business bootcamps that introduce participants to business fundamentals, finance, and professional behaviors in a collaborative and transformative environment.

The coaches each guide a group of 15 to 20 participants through the curriculum covering a wide variety of business subjects ranging from finance and accounting to project planning and emotional intelligence.  The course content is delivered using a confluence of media including interactive audio and HD video, readings, and individual and group collaborations.  The format does not lean on traditional classroom lectures and readings, nor does it rely on traditional instructing methods.  Rather, Fullbridge coaches are responsible for providing guidance, feedback, evaluation, and support for their participants and the other coaches.

For our 3-4 week undergraduate programs, you'll have the opportunity to:

  1. Share your business knowledge and experience
  2. Deepen your own knowledge of core business and financial skills
  3. Continue your own development as you manage young professionals

For our 2-4 week first-year law associate programs, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  1. Expose first-year lawyers to basic business knowledge and experience
  2. Act as the first client for many of these young law school graduates
  3. Focus on developing the skills and behavior that will serve them as young associates

For our 1-2 week mid-level and senior law associate programs, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  1. Deepen the business knowledge of lawyers with 5-7 years experience
  2. Teach partner-track lawyers skills and behavior to develop true client partnerships
  3. Help senior associates develop into effective leaders at their firm

We believe coaching is at the heart of what we do. Because of this, successful coaching experiences can lead to both future projects and/or larger roles.  We are a fast-growing young company inspired to bring our message to an increasing number of verticals and geographies.
