Fullbridge Coaches bring the Fullbridge Program to life through a combination of hands-on learning support and ongoing, individualized feedback.
Coaches are not professors or teachers – they are skilled business practitioners with degrees from top business schools and professional experience in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. Coaches act as “practice bosses,” simulating the interactions, expectations, and protocols that a participant will encounter in the workplace. Each participant works with an individual Coach throughout the duration of the Program. As participants move through the Program, Coaches provide orientation to content and contextualize key concepts in both real-life experience and current events.
Through their ongoing support and feedback, Coaches provide detailed skill assessments for each participant, including demonstrated areas of strength and ongoing opportunities for development. This combination of intensive learning and skill development, paired with a heightened sense of self-awareness, sets participants on a long-term path for accelerated professional development.
