I loved the simulation. It made me realize it’s not always about me, but about joining hands and working with my teammates.– Junior, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
We believe that learning is a journey, not an event. Fullbridge delivers a transformative experience that gives participants the basic business fundamentals and provides them with a powerful career vision. Graduates emerge from the Program with a refined self-awareness and a lifelong professional toolkit that equips them to be significant contributors in any job they undertake from day one.
What we expect from you and what you can expect from the Program
Our Programs are intense. They will test you. There will be occasions, in spite of your best efforts, where you will come up short. This is by design. We want to challenge and empower you. At the same time, the Programs are deeply satisfying, empowering, and fun. The high caliber of carefully selected participants and coaches adds to the richness of the Programs. We value our participants’ diverse backgrounds and we look for those who are committed to being fully engaged in the Fullbridge experience.
Fullbridge goes beyond the traditional classroom – where the professor lectures and students passively listen. Our Programs embrace the business environment and harness the educational power of a hands-on, collaborative learning process.
Teamwork and Collaboration
School is predicated on individual achievement. This is often not the case in the real world, where teams of people collaborate to get the job done. Transitioning from individual learning to a team-centric work environment is challenging for even the most academically accomplished student.
Teamwork is central to the Fullbridge experience. On the first day of the Program, every participant is assigned to a carefully selected five- to six-person team based on their diversity of skills and experience. Working closely together to complete assignments and projects, team members become teachers and mentors to one another, sharing knowledge, strengths, and perspectives. The viewpoint and perspectives that you and your teammates bring to the Programs will enhance your learning immeasurably.
The team project was an excellent taste of a real-world business problem. I feel so much more confident entering the working world with that experience under my belt.- Junior, Brown University
The culmination of your team experience: two tracks to choose from, one final project.
The Fullbridge Business Immersion Track tasks teams with a comprehensive final project that will test all of the professional skills and knowledge presented in the curriculum. Armed with newly acquired skills and tools, teams will compete as they tackle real-world business problems, operating with imperfect information under time, resource, and budget constraints. The ability to work collectively and deliver insightful recommendations on a business problem - for which there is no "correct answer" - is an essential skill for every professional in any industry.
The Fullbridge Entrepreneur Track requires participants to work on an intensive entrepreneurial project - starting with idea creation and culminating in a pitch to a panel of potential investors and advisors. Participants initially work independently within a range of industry groups and gradually coalesce around a collection of the most viable business ideas through a competitive team-building process.
