What is the difference between the Business Immersion Track and the Fullbridge Entrepreneur Track?

Both tracks build off of the core business competencies and professional traits that all participants will be working on during the first two weeks of the Program. At the end of week two, participants split into the track they were admitted to at the beginning of the Program and follow it for the remaining two weeks of the Program.

Each will enable individuals to effectively contribute in the workplace; however, the Business Immersion Track focuses on preparing individuals to work in established organizations whereas the Fullbridge Entrepreneur track prepares individuals to pursue a wide-range of entrepreneurial pursuits. In practical terms, the Business Immersion Track puts stronger emphasis on skills such as enterprise valuation and project management; while the Fullbridge Entrepreneur track emphasizes skills such as delivering pitches, building teams, and managing uncertainty.

Note: When applying to the June programs in Boston and New York City, we will take your track preference into consideration, but cannot guarantee that you will be assigned your preferred track.
