Students that attend the Fullbridge Program come from every field of study with an understanding that certain practical skills are essential in any profession. From engineers to creative directors to entrepreneurs, a foundation of business knowledge and practices builds confidence for everybody and makes an immediate impact in the workplace.

The program exceeded my expectations from the first day – I expected it to be a very rigorous and strongly quantitative program, but when I realized it was also very immersive and focused on career development, I realized my participation in it would be a lot more valuable. The presentation at the end of the program was also a challenge. My teammates chose me to craft our final presentation for our project because they were impressed by my previous presentation. However, being put in this leadership position proved to be really challenging. I found it was a real test of my leadership abilities to delegate tasks to my group members and make sure that everything was done in a timely and effective manner.
