Fullbridge prepares individuals who have had a successful leadership experience in service organizations to transition effectively to new opportunities in the workplace.

Through our intensive, transformative business boot camp, Fullbridge immerses participants in the core concepts of business, and gives them a skill base that is applicable to a wide range of professions. The Program builds confidence in business knowledge and workplace sensibilities that participants need to excel in whatever path they choose.

By completing the Program, participants can assure employers that a unique leadership experience has been enhanced by competencies they value.
