Through an intensive, accelerated boot camp, The Fullbridge Program prepares thoughtful, high-potential undergraduates to transition successfully from college to the professional workplace.
For the first two weeks of the Program, participants work closely in teams of five or six to build core business competencies and master a professional toolkit of skills in order to successfully make an impact and become a significant contributor at any job. At the end of week two, participants are given a choice between following one of two tracks for the remaining two weeks of the program: the Business Challenge Track or the Entrepreneur Track.
