We recognize that the shift from college to career can be challenging for new graduates.
My daughter's experience at Fullbridge was transformative. She embraced the Program, dug deep, and felt so empowered. She loved working with her team and her Coaches. I think she has changed her whole career plan!Parent of Brown University Student
ONE - The college labor market is increasingly crowded – more graduates than ever are looking for jobs, and this trend only will continue. According to the US Department of Education, the number of bachelor degrees awarded each year will steadily grow to nearly 2 million by 2020.
TWO - Employers are even more demanding in the skills that they want from new talent. Companies demand new hires who:
- Have skills that match an innovation-driven economy.
- Are collaborative and thrive in a team-based environment.
- Are flexible and open to new experiences, and can succeed in any environment.
- Can translate their skills and interests in to success for their employers.
THREE - Hiring managers continually strive to find talent more efficiently and faster than their competitors do.
The Bottom Line
It is even more critical for undergraduates to couple their academic passions with practical skills and articulate their stories to stand apart from the crowd.

What sets Fullbridge apart?
Our Program design and curriculum, and our participant-centric approach.
Fullbridge delivers more than content.
Instead – Fullbridge puts the student at the center, and we designed our program, approach, and curriculum around the needs of this specific population.
- What are the skills and competencies that undergraduates need to succeed in the workplace and make a real impact?
- How can undergraduates truly master these critical skills and articulate their interests and talents in a way that is attractive to employers?
The result: a truly transformative business education program that focuses on results.
Our Program delivery model focuses on two goals: building business competencies and adopting professional behaviors.

Global content and delivery
Fullbridge highlights the interconnectedness of today’s global economy and emphasizes the impact events in one country can have on the outcome in a seemingly different market. Participants learn from real companies and the Program encourages them to see their individual contributions as part of a larger whole.
Immersive and collaborative
Fullbridge is highly interactive – a pillar of the Program is the high intensity interaction between participant and Coach, and participant and peers. The Program includes a combination of individual and team based exercises to ensure that participants are able to practice new concepts and master competencies. Throughout the Program, participants work intensely in small teams through Fullbridge’s social media platform and web-based collaboration tools. The cohort model, with small sections and smaller teams, ensures the development of strong supportive networks. Participants rotate leadership roles on team projects and receive peer feedback. Daily collaboration fosters networking and mentorship. In a final team project and presentation, each team integrates all the concepts and skills practiced in the immersive Fullbridge experience. Participants work in teams to acquire skills of collaboration, leadership and problem-solving.
Focus on results
Participants receive detailed performance scores on skills that are learned through individual practice and team collaboration. Scores combined with feedback, expert guidance, and market context from Fullbridge Coaches provide participants with a sense of their own strengths and areas for improvement.

Participants have unprecedented insider access to this combined wisdom that they might not otherwise have. These experts share their personal stores of successes, failures, and learning through videos and interactive sessions.
