We believe that learning is a journey, not an event. Liberal arts and other education cultivate a student’s interest in lifetime learning. Fullbridge helps students translate their talents and interests into success for employers.
Fullbridge goes beyond the traditional classroom – and we are more than just content. Our Program embraces the business environment and harnesses the educational power of a hands-on, collaborative learning process. We value our participants’ diverse backgrounds.

THE FULLBRIDGE APPROACH
Continuous movement between mixed-media instructional content, individual skills learning, work in project teams, and interactions with Fullbridge Coaches is at the core of our participant-centric Program. Participants learn through a powerful combination of active learning, team collaboration and personal coaching.
Active Learning
Essential business skills and competencies are woven into the Program and consistently reinforced through required deliverables and feedback. Participants learn the language of business in a global context, using their own experiences and examples from dynamic, successful companies. The Program’s curriculum focuses on outcomes-based learning. Fullbridge works with experts and business leaders from the foremost academic and business institutions—and deeply incorporates their knowledge, collective wisdom, lessons, and war stories into our Program; giving participants unprecedented insider-access they would not otherwise have.
Fullbridge delivers rigorous, active instruction and practice through rich and diverse media, including:
- HD videos featuring industry thought leaders and elite professors from the world’s foremost business schools - Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, and MIT
- Participants learn from thought leaders and experts who share their stories of successes, failures, and learning
- Simulations, articles, and case studies from sources such as Harvard Business Publishing, BBC, McKinsey Quarterly, and The Economist
- Interactive, graphics-rich tutorials
- Nearly 100 individual and team exercises that test participants’ mastery of competencies and are assessed by Fullbridge Coaches
The team projects were an excellent taste of real-world business problems. I feel so much more confident entering the working world with that experience under my belt.Junior, Brown University
Teamwork and Collaboration
School is predicated on individual achievement. This is often not the case in the real world where teams of people collaborate to get the job done. Transitioning from individual project work to a team-centric work environment is challenging for even the most academically accomplished student.
Teamwork is central to the Program experience. On the first day of the Program, every participant is assigned to a carefully selected small team based on their diversity of skills and experience. Working closely together to complete assignments and projects, team members become teachers and mentors to one another, sharing knowledge, strengths, and perspectives.
The culmination of the team experience: the final project
In The Fullbridge Program, teams are tasked with a comprehensive final project that will test all of the professional skills and knowledge presented in the curriculum. Armed with their newly acquired skills, teams will compete as they tackle a real-world business situation, operating with imperfect information under time, resource, and budget constraints. The ability to work collectively and deliver insightful recommendations on a business problem —for which there is no “correct answer”—is an essential skill for every professional in any industry.
In The Fullbridge Program Entrepreneur, participants work on an intensive entrepreneurial project—starting with idea creation and culminating in a pitch to a panel of potential investors and advisors. Participants initially work independently within a range of industry groups and gradually coalesce around a collection of the most viable business ideas through a competitive team-building process.
Personalized Coaching
Fullbridge Coaches provide daily feedback on individual exercises and team projects. In addition, they offer invaluable individualized mentoring and expert guidance throughout the program. Coaches are business practitioners with degrees from top business schools and professional experience in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. Through personalized feedback, Coaches encourage participants to adopt key behavioral traits and avoid common missteps.
