To complement your Engineering backgrounds, the KAPSARC has partnered with Fullbridge to immerse you in the real world of business and the skills employers seek. Working closely in teams to tackle real-world projects, you will develop a strong core of work competencies, and develop confidence to take your next step. In addition, your Fullbridge coaches will be your mentors and ‘workplace managers’ throughout the program.

Training rooms will be transformed into a simulated workplace— full day, lecture-free, hands-on experience that culminates in a final team presentation competition. The winning team members of the competition will receive a valuable gift card each!
